• Cook Time: 10 min
• Ingredients:
• 1 cup self-raising flour
• 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 3/4 cup MILO
• 1 egg
• 1 cup milk
• 20g margarine, melted
• 1 cup Greek yogurt, reduced fat
• 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
• Method:
• Sift flour and bicarbonate into a bowl, then stir in MILO.
• Gradually mix in remaining ingredients.
• Drop tablespoonfuls into a hot greased pan; turn when bubbles form.
• Serve topped with yogurt and berries.
