Ingredients:
1 cup self-raising flour
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
3/4 cup MILO
1 egg
1 cup milk
20g margarine, melted
1 cup Greek yogurt, reduced fat
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Method:
Sift flour and bicarbonate into a bowl, then stir in MILO.
Gradually mix in remaining ingredients.
Drop tablespoonfuls into a hot greased pan; turn when bubbles form.
