Preparation instructions

Wash your hands before preparing your baby's food. Ensure all utensils (spoon, bowl) are clean. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and allow to cool. Measure 90mL and pour lukewarm water into your baby's bowl. Add 21g of CERELAC (approx. 2.5 AU tablespoons). Stir until smooth and feed immediately with a clean spoon. Always test the temperature before feeding. Do not keep unfinished portions. Water can be substituted with baby's usual milk if desired. When prepared with breast milk, it may become more watery. Reduce the quantity of breast milk added to achieve the desired consistency. Extra nutrients will be provided if made with breast milk or formula.

Storage instructions

Store in a cool dry place before and after opening. Close the pack tightly after each use and store in an airtight container. Use within 30 days of opening. Contents may settle.
