Preparation instructions

Wash your hands before preparing baby's food. Ensure all utensils (spoon, bowl) are thoroughly clean. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and allow to cool. Measure 60mL and pour lukewarm water into your baby's bowl. Water can be substituted with baby's usual milk if desired. Add 15g of CERELAC (approximately 2 AU tablespoons). Stir until the cereal is smooth and feed immediately using a clean spoon. Always test the temperature before feeding. Do not keep unfinished portions. When prepared with breast milk, it may become more watery; reduce the quantity of breast milk added to achieve the desired consistency. Extra nutrients will be provided if made with breast milk or infant formula.

Storage instructions

Before opening, store in a cool, dry place. Close the pack tightly after each use and keep in an airtight container. Use the product within 30 days after opening.

Mothers should continue breastfeeding during and after the introduction of solid foods. As babies grow at different rates, health professionals should advise parents on the appropriate time for their baby to start receiving solid foods. Feed only to a seated, supervised child.
