Active Ingredients: Each 5mL of oral liquid contains:

• Retinol Palmitate 184.9 micrograms (equivalent to Vitamin A 101 micrograms RE)
• Thiamine Hydrochloride 700 micrograms (equivalent to Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 550.5 micrograms)
• Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 600 micrograms
• Nicotinamide 5 mg
• Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 750 micrograms (equivalent to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 617.5 micrograms)
• Biotin 8 micrograms
• Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1 microgram
• Choline Bitartrate 153.2 mg
• Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate) 5 mg
• Zinc (as Zinc Oxide) 2 mg
• Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 320 IU) 8 micrograms

Contains sugars from flavoring, as well as sucralose, sulfites, sorbates, and benzoates.

Directions for Use

For children:

• 1-6 years: Take 5 mL per day.
• 7-11 years: Take 7.5 mL per day.
