Developer Emulsion: Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, PEG-40 Castor Oil, Disodium Pyrophosphate, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Benzoate, Phosphoric Acid.

Rich Care Conditioner: Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Quaternium-87, Argan Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Panthenol, Propylene Glycol, Isopropyl Myristate, Distearoylethyl Hydroxyethylmonium Methosulfate, Citric Acid, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Phenoxyethanol, Polyquaternium-37, Ceteareth-20, Glyceryl Stearate, Sodium Methylparaben, Dicaprylyl Carbonate, Parfum, Lauryl Glucoside.

Note: Contains no more than 23 g/l of Ammonium Hydroxide.

Directions for Use

  • Pour the content of the color crème into the application bottle with the developer emulsion and mix well.
  • Apply the mixture to dry hair and allow it to develop for 30 minutes.
  • Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs clear. Follow with the rich care conditioner provided in the package.

Please read and follow the instruction leaflet carefully. Ensure to conduct an allergy alert test 48 hours before application, even if you've used coloring products previously.

For those with shoulder-length hair or longer, it is recommended to use two packs of NAPRO Palette for optimal results.

Storage & Warnings

This product may cause an allergic reaction. Follow all safety instructions and do not use on individuals under 16 years of age. Avoid contact with eyes, and in case of contact, rinse immediately with water. Conduct an allergy alert test before each use, and consult a doctor if any reactions occur.

Safety Directions: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on a sensitive or irritated scalp. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. For eye contact, rinse with water for at least 15 minutes.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
