This intensive color cream penetrates deep into the hair fiber to seal in concentrated color pigments for rich and enduring results.

Directions for Use

Please read and follow the supplied instruction leaflet carefully. Wear suitable gloves. Do not swallow. Rinse hair well after application.

  1. Pour the contents of the color cream into the application bottle with developer emulsion and mix well.
  2. Apply evenly to dry hair and allow the product to work for 30 minutes.
  3. Rinse well with lukewarm water until it runs clear. Afterwards, use the Rich Treatment with Precious Argan Oil included in the package.

If you have shoulder-length or longer hair, it is recommended to use 2 packs of Palette Intensive Creme Colour.

Storage & Warnings

Hair colorants can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow instructions carefully. This product is not intended for use on persons under 16 years of age. Temporary "black henna" tattoos may increase your risk of allergy.

Do not color your hair if:

  • You have a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp.
  • You have ever experienced any reaction after coloring your hair.
  • You have experienced a reaction to a temporary "black henna" tattoo in the past.

Keep out of reach of children. Conduct an allergy alert test 48 hours before each use, even if you have used coloring products before. Consult a doctor if any reaction occurs.

This product contains hydrogen peroxide, phenylenediamines (toluene diamines), and ammonia. Avoid contact with eyes and rinse immediately if product comes into contact with them. Do not use the product to dye eyelashes or eyebrows.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
