Ingredients
Water, Mineral Oil, Calcium Thioglycolate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Calcium Hydroxide, Ceteareth-20, Sodium Hydroxide, Silica, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Tocopherol, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, Fragrance.

Directions
1. PATCH TEST. Before each use always do a patch test. Apply product to a small area where hair is to be removed. Follow directions and wait 24 hours. If skin appears normal, proceed with full application.
2. APPLY. Apply cream outside of the shower. Skin must be dry before application. Apply a thick, even layer of cream to the desired area ensuring all hair is covered. DO NOT RUB IN. Wait at least 1- 2 minutes before showering.
3. SHOWER. Step into the shower and follow your usual routine. For optimum product performance, keep cream away from direct stream of water. Make sure the cream stays on your skin for at least an additional 3 minutes while in the shower. DO NOT EXCEED 10 MINUTES of total application time.
4. REMOVE/RINSE. Total hair removal depends on hair thickness. Use the bumpy side of the sponge provided to remove the cream in a small area first. If the hair comes off easily, remove the rest of the cream by massaging in a circular motion. If the hair does not come off, leave the cream on longer without exceeding 10 minutes of total application time. Once the cream and hair have been removed, RINSE SKIN THOROUGHLY UNDER THE SHOWER. DO NOT RUB. Rinse washcloth or sponge. Wipe the tube clean and replace the cap when not in use.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
