Directions for Use
- Squeeze cream onto your hand and apply generously to clean, dry skin in the area you wish to treat.
- Smooth the cream to fully coat the hair down to the skin level without rubbing it in. Wash hands immediately with soap and water.
- Leave the cream on for at least 4 minutes, testing a small area for hair removal.
- If hair does not come away easily, leave the cream on for up to an additional 6 minutes, ensuring not to exceed a total of 10 minutes.
- Wipe the cream and hair away with a damp cloth in the shower, and wash the skin thoroughly to remove any residue.

Warnings:
- Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow.
- For external use only. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, including internal labia, mucosal membranes, clitoris, anus, face, eyes, head, breasts, inside the ears, and nose.
- If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water.
- Do not exceed 10 minutes of application time.
- Do not use on sunburnt, broken, inflamed, or irritated skin.
- Consult a doctor if you have any skin conditions before use.
- Perform a patch test on a small area before full application.
- If a tingling or burning sensation occurs, remove the cream immediately and rinse thoroughly.
- Wait at least 72 hours between hair removal sessions.
- May cause surfaces to become slippery; ensure thorough rinsing from shower surfaces.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
