General Information
Nad's Brazilian & Bikini Wax is specially formulated for the strong, coarse hair of the bikini area. This wax effectively grips and removes hair from the root, providing smooth, hair-free skin without the need for strips. Infused with a delightful tropical peach and mango scent, each 140g tub is sufficient for one full Brazilian wax or up to three bikini wax applications. It is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Ingredients
Colophonium, Glyceryl hydrogenated rosinate, Methyl hydrogenated rosinate, Paraffin, Cera alba (Bees wax), Prunus amygdalus dulcis (Sweet almond) oil, Calendula officinalis flower oil, Parfum (Fragrance), BHT, CI 73360 (Red 30).
Directions for Use
- Prepare: Clean and dry the area, ensuring it is free of oils and moisturizers. Hair should be at least 3mm (1/8 inch) long. Trim if necessary.
- Heat: Heat the wax tub in the microwave according to the instructions in the product leaflet. Allow the wax to cool slightly before use to prevent burns.
- Apply: Use the spatula to scoop out and apply the wax in the direction of hair growth. Work in small sections and let the wax cool for approximately 30 seconds.
- Remove: Hold the skin taut, lift the wax edge, and remove it quickly in the opposite direction of hair growth. Use Nad's Post Calming Wax Oil wipes to clean any residue.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for the elderly or diabetics, or for those taking oral retinoids or undergoing dermatological treatments. Avoid using on sunburnt, dry, or irritated skin, and do not wax sensitive areas during menstruation. Always perform a patch test before full application.
For any burning, run cold water over the affected area for 30 minutes and seek medical attention if necessary.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
