Usage instructions
How to use: Shake the can well before use. 1. Kills crawling insects fast: Spray directly at the insect from up to 2 metres away for quick elimination. 2. Surface Protection: Hold the can about 1 metre from the surface and spray in a sweeping motion. Make sure all ignition sources are extinguished. Spray infested areas such as skirting boards, behind cupboards, refrigerators, and under stoves. Ideal for kitchen use on skirting boards, under cupboards, around appliances, and hot water pipes. Also effective in living rooms, laundry areas, around bins, and under the house.
Storage instructions
Pressurised dispenser. Store in a cool place away from heat and sunlight. Avoid temperatures exceeding 50°C, such as inside cars or near heaters and flames. Keep away from ignition sources—no smoking. Do not store near naked flames or heat. Do not pierce or burn the can, even when empty. Aerosols should be completely empty before disposal. Recycle empty cans where facilities are available or place in household rubbish.
Warnings
Not to be used for any purpose or in any manner contrary to the label unless authorised. Surfaces, especially floors, will become slippery when sprayed. Remove excess with a paper towel. WARNING: Intentional misuse by concentrating and inhaling contents can be harmful or fatal. May cause irritation to eyes and skin; avoid contact. Do not inhale spray mist. Keep out of reach of children. Read safety precautions. Only spray on surfaces or into hard-to-reach places, not into the air.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
