Usage instructions
How to use: 1. Remove the foil security seal from the refill completely. 2. Insert the refill into the device, pushing gently until it clicks, locking the refill in place. 3. Plug the device into an electrical socket; the light will turn on to indicate it is functioning for the next 12 hours. 4. Press the button in the middle to turn off. If not manually turned off, the device will shut off automatically after 12 hours. 5. To change the refill: unplug the device, turn the front ring clockwise to eject the empty refill, and install a new refill as per the previous instructions. 6. Unplug the device when not in use and ensure it is used only in a vertical position.
Storage instructions
Store in the original closed container in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Avoid direct sunlight. Dispose of the empty container properly by wrapping it in paper, placing it in a plastic bag, and discarding it in the garbage. Do not repurpose the empty container.

Ensure that curtains or flammable objects do not contact the unit during use. Handle the electric device with dry hands only. Avoid contact with metal objects while in use. Keep out of reach of children and read safety instructions. Supervise young children to prevent them from using or playing with this device. Position the device away from children's cots and beds. Not intended for use by infirm persons without supervision. Do not use in dining, food handling, or food storage areas. Toxic to fish; remove or cover fish tanks before use.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
