MICROLAX® Enema is a fast-acting micro-enema designed to soften bowel motions and assist with bowel emptying gently, without irritating the bowel lining. It is suitable for relieving constipation, addressing disturbances in bowel movements, or preparing for rectal examinations.

Ingredients

Sodium citrate 90mg/mL, sodium lauryl sulfoacetate 9mg/mL, sorbitol 625mg/mL enema. Contains Sodium Citrate (450 mg), Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (45 mg), Sorbitol (3.125 g), Glycerol, Sorbic Acid, and water.

Directions for Use

  1. Twist off the cap and squeeze a drop of the solution from the tube to facilitate insertion.
  2. Assume a comfortable position on the toilet or squat slightly, then insert the tip of the tube completely into your rectum. The small rounded tip is thinner than a suppository and can be inserted safely and painlessly, even for children under 3.
  3. Gently squeeze the entire contents (5mL) of the tube into the rectum.
  4. While keeping the tube squeezed, withdraw the tip. Tighten your buttock muscles to prevent the solution from escaping. Wait at least 5 minutes before having a bowel movement to allow the stool to soften.
  5. A gentle bowel movement should occur within 30 minutes after use.
  6. Dispose of the micro-enema after use; it is hygienic and easy to do.

Storage & Warnings

Storage Temperature: Store below 30°C.

Do not use if:

  • You are allergic to any of the ingredients listed on the carton.
  • The cap is separated from the tube, indicating it has been opened.

Caution:

  • Do not swallow. If ingested, seek medical attention immediately.
  • Do not remove the tube from the carton until ready for use.
  • Avoid prolonged use of laxatives to prevent dependence.
  • If symptoms persist, consult a medical professional.
  • Drink plenty of water and increase dietary fiber, except in cases of medication-induced constipation.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
