Ingredients
Psyllium husk powder 3.4 g per 5.9g dose.
Usage instructions
Simply add 5.9 g (approximately 1.5 teaspoons) of Metamucil to 250 mL of liquid. Stir briskly and drink promptly. Drink plenty of water.

Store below 30°C.
