Psyllium husk powder 525mg.
Usage instructions
Take each dose with a 250 mL glass of water. Drink plenty of water. Swallow 1 capsule at a time and take in an upright position.
Storage instructions
Store below 25C with lid tightly closed to protect from humidity.
Warnings
Contains sulfites. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in cases of medication induced constipation. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea.
