Usage instructions

Mix 5.8 g (approximately 1.5 teaspoons) of Metamucil with 250 mL of liquid. Stir well and drink promptly. Ensure to drink plenty of water.

Dosage Table:

• To restore and maintain regularity:
• Adults 12 years and older: 1.5 teaspoons, 1-3 times daily
• Children 6-11 years: 0.5 adult dose, 1-3 times daily on medical advice
• To help lower cholesterol levels:
• Adults 12 years and older: 1.5 teaspoons, 3 times daily
• Children 6-11 years: Consult a doctor
• For children under 6 years, consult a doctor.
• New Users: Begin with 1 dose per day; gradually increase to 3 doses per day as needed.

Storage instructions

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in cases of medication-induced constipation, or when experiencing abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting. Avoid if you have difficulty swallowing.
