Medi Gel is a 4 in 1 Wound Care Gel that has been shown to:
- Promote faster wound healing
- Help prevent infections
- Reduce the sensation of pain and discomfort
- Reduce the appearance of scarring
Medi Gel forms a protective barrier that does not sting. It is intended for managing and treating minor wounds, including abrasions, cuts, lacerations, chafed skin, cracked skin, minor burns, and sunburn.
Ingredients
Purified water, stearyl alcohol ester, carbomer, cetearyl alcohol ester, carnosine, preservatives.
Usage instructions
Wash hands thoroughly before and after treating the wound. For small wounds:
- Clean and disinfect the wound.
- If necessary, carefully pat dry with sterile gauze.
- Once or twice a day, apply a thin layer of Medi Gel to the wound without touching it with the container. Allow the gel to remain on the skin; do not rub it in.
- If necessary, apply a bandage or plaster. Use a new bandage each time.
For superficial burns:
- Cool the wound immediately for twenty minutes under lukewarm running water. Do this as quickly as possible, as the beneficial effect is reduced after 30 minutes. Avoid excessive cooling by not using overly cold water.
- Once or twice a day, apply a thin layer of Medi Gel to the area without touching it with the container. Allow the gel to remain on the skin; do not rub it in.
- Apply a bandage or plaster and use a new one each time.
For sunburn and irritated skin after exposure to the sun:
- Clean the area to be treated.
- Once or twice a day, apply a thin layer of Medi Gel.
Storage instructions
Store product between 5 and 25°C.
Warnings
Do not use Medi Gel if you are hypersensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients. In very rare cases, irritation has been reported. If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, stop treatment immediately. Do not apply Medi Gel on the face, eyes, eyelids, or mucosa. It is not suitable for large grazes (larger than 20 cm²). For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Read instructions for use carefully. Store product between 5 and 25°C.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
