This innovative product is available in four sizes: 21mm, 24mm, 27mm, and 30mm. The rim of the breast shield is crafted from a soft, natural-feeling material that rests gently on the breast for enhanced comfort.
This new breast shield was developed in collaboration with research scientists and breastfeeding mothers. It promotes milk flow by preventing compression of the milk ducts, enabling every mother to discover the most comfortable pumping position. Research indicates that this design leads to a more efficient and pleasant expression experience, tailored specifically for you.

Storage & Warnings
Cleaning and Hygiene
- Follow all cleaning steps as detailed in the Medela breast pump instructions.
- Clean the breast shield immediately after use to prevent milk residue from drying and to inhibit bacteria growth.
- Use drinking-quality water for cleaning.
- Avoid damaging parts when using a brush.
- Do not use abrasive washing liquids or detergents for cleaning.
Washing Instructions
- Rinse all parts with cold, clear drinking-quality water (approx. 20 °C).
- Clean parts with warm, soapy water (approx. 30 °C) using a mild, pH-neutral detergent without artificial fragrances or colors.
- Rinse with cold, clear drinking-quality water for 10-15 seconds (approx. 20 °C). Allow to dry after washing.
Sanitizing Instructions
- Boil the breast shield in water for at least 5 minutes, or use Quick Clean bags in the microwave as per instructions.
Drying & Storage
- Dry with a clean cloth or place on a clean cloth to air dry.
- Store clean parts in a clean bag or environment. Do not store in airtight containers or bags if damp, as moisture must be fully removed.
Safety Precautions
- The breast shield and connector are personal care items intended for single-user use only and should not be shared.
- Use only Medela original accessories.
- Inspect parts before each use and replace any that are moldy, damaged, or worn.
- Keep packaging and components out of reach of children.
- Pressing the shield too firmly onto the breast may hinder milk flow.
- If you experience problems or pain, consult a breastfeeding specialist.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
No exceptions!
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
