Instructions

• Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced). Layer potato slices in a lightly greased 20 cm square ovenproof dish.
• In a medium jug, whisk the recipe base and boiling water together until well combined, then stir in the cream. Pour over the potatoes, cover with foil, and bake for 45 minutes.
• Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and potatoes are tender.

Usage

• Substitute all or some of the regular potato with sweet or purple potato for a colorful addition to any meal.
