Commonly used in Indian and Spanish cuisine. Create your own saffron infused rice to complement chicken,seafood and fish dishes.
Add a pinch of saffron (approx. 1/2 of the pack) to 2 tablespoons of warm water and allow to infuse for 10minutes before adding to rice dishes.
