Usage instructions
1. Measure against the base of your shoe, aligning the heel of the insole with the heel of your shoe. Trim the toe area to fit. 2. Insert the insole into the shoe and test the fit, trimming a little from the toe area as needed. The insole heel should fit snugly against the inside heel of your shoe. Universal Size Template: Aus/UK/NZ: 3-11, USA/Canada: 4-12, Europe: 35.5-45.5.
Care instructions
1. Wash in warm soapy water and allow to dry flat. 2. Replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.
