Usage instructions

1. Measure the insole against the base of your shoe, aligning the heel of the insole with the heel of your shoe. Trim the toe area to your size. 2. Insert the insole into your shoe and test the fit, trimming a little from the toe area at a time until it fits properly. The heel of the insole should fit snugly against the inside heel of your shoe.

Care instructions
