Usage instructions

1. Measure the insole against the base of your shoe, aligning the heel of the insole with the heel of your shoe. Trim the toe area as needed. 2. Place the insole into the shoe and check the fit, trimming the toe area gradually until it fits comfortably. Ensure the insole heel fits snugly against the inside heel of your shoe.

Care instructions

1. Clean with warm soapy water and let dry flat. 2. Replace every 6 months or if signs of wear occur.
