Usage instructions
1. Measure against the base of your shoe, matching the heel of the insole to the heel of your shoe. Trim the toe area to size. 2. Slide the insole into the shoe and test the fit, trimming a little of the toe area at a time to ensure a proper fit. The insole heel should fit firmly against the inside heel of your shoe. Trim to size using the Universal Size Template: Aus/UK/NZ: 3-11, USA/Canada: 4-12, Europe: 35.5-45.5.
Care instructions
1. Wash in warm soapy water and dry flat. 2. Replace after 6 months or if there are signs of wear.
