Directions for Use
- Thoroughly cleanse your skin before bedtime.
- Gently place the derma roller on your face in one section. Roll horizontally, vertically, and diagonally twice in each direction. With experience, you can build up to 5 rolls in each direction.
- Move to the next untreated section and repeat.
- Suitable for use on the face, neck, and décolletage; avoid the eye area.
- Do not apply any pressure; let the weight of the roller guide you.
- Follow the diagram included in the packaging as a guide for sectioning your face.
Optional: After using the roller, apply your preferred serum, moisturiser, skincare actives, or sheet masks using clean hands for optimal results. Maximum recommended use is three times per week.
Storage & Warnings
- Microneedling may cause skin redness and increased sun sensitivity. Daily sunscreen use is recommended.
- It is advisable to sterilise the roller with alcohol sprays, such as Manicare® Brush Cleaner & Tool Steriliser, and allow it to dry after each use.
- Store the roller in the protective case provided.
- This product is for personal use only and should not be shared.
- For optimal performance, replace your Manicare Microneedle Derma Roller every 3 months.
- Do not use on children.
- Do not use if the sterile seal has been broken.
- Avoid using on any inflamed or broken skin, such as acne breakouts or rosacea.
- If you have eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, warts, or cystic skin, consult a medical professional before use.
- A patch test is recommended if you are prone to sensitivity. Discontinue use if any sensitivity occurs after treatment.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
