The straight lines of the silhouette, square track arms and solid wood feet gracefully set the stage for this timeless design. The Luca is covered in a Dark Brown or Gray Leather. The Dark Brown Leather has a hand-rubbed finish which gives it a rich burnished patina effect. The multi-tone Gray Leather shows a subtle variation of light and dark areas.
The Luca is handmade by skilled craftsmen using a kiln-dried solid wood frame. The Luca Collection is covered in soft, supple top grain leather on all seating areas and arm rests with split grain leather on the front rails, sides and back.
A combination of the seat cushions and no sag seat springs provide a balanced weight distribution for maximum durability and lasting comfort. The pocketed-coil spring seat cushions feature separate springs that are individually wrapped in a fabric encasement, allowing each pocketed spring to move independently of the others. The pocket coil seat springs are encased in a 2.25 lbs density high resiliency foam. For added comfort and durability, each cushion is double-wrapped with hollow fill fiber and down feathers. This ensures the seat will always look plump and full, keeping its firmness while maintaining a soft look. The seat cushions are removable and rest on a no-sag spring platform to ensure the support you need and the comfort you desire. The back cushions are attached and removable for easy cleaning.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
No exceptions!
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
