Directions for Use

  1. Combine the colouring cream with the developer and shake well to mix.
  2. Apply the mixture to your hair, starting from the roots and working through the lengths and ends. Leave it in for 30 minutes.
  3. Rinse your hair until the water runs clear. Use the Caring Gentle pH Shampoo to remove any excess residue.
  4. Apply a hazelnut-sized amount of the Lightweight Nourishing Mask. Leave in for 3 minutes, then rinse. Use the mask once a week until your next colour for soft, shiny hair.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Follow the usage instructions carefully to achieve desired results.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Shipping Damage

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
