Shipping Information
We process and dispatch all orders promptly. Orders are shipped via Australia Post or a courier service depending on the item's size and weight. A tracking number will be sent via email once dispatched.
- Metro areas: 1–3 business days
- Regional areas: 4–6 business days
Important Delivery Notes
- Delivery is available within Australia only; international shipping is not offered.
- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
- Couriers deliver to property entrances only and may require assistance unloading.
- Deliveries occur during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) only.
- If no one is home, the courier may leave the package without a signature if it is safe to do so.
- If you have provided Authority to Leave (ATL) instructions, we are not responsible for any loss or theft after delivery.
- Customers in remote areas may need to collect items from the nearest freight depot.
Your Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate delivery details at checkout. Changes to the delivery address after checkout may not be guaranteed, and additional charges may apply for redelivery if an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information.
Returns Policy
Our returns policy does not limit your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, the following conditions apply:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original saleable condition.
- All original packaging and components must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Personal care and consumable items
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance items
Return Authorization
You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our Customer Service before returning any item. Unidentified returns may not be accepted.
Packaging Returned Items
Ensure that returned products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not liable for refunds for damaged or lost items during return shipment.
Refunds
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis, in line with our policies and the ACL. Conditions for approved refunds include:
- Outbound shipping costs incurred for delivery.
- Return freight costs, where applicable.
- Transaction fees charged to us.
- Restocking or handling fees, if applicable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a remedy in accordance with the ACL.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
No exceptions!
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
