Little Eyes Gentle Cleansing Eye Wipes are enriched with Chamomile extract, designed to effectively remove secretions, crusted matter, and residue from around your baby's eyes. These wipes offer a convenient solution for cleaning and refreshing your baby's eyelids and lashes.
The tearless and rinse-free formula is dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, and pH balanced. They are also free from preservatives and fragrances.
The soft, absorbent wipes are specially crafted to eliminate ocular secretions and residue from delicate skin around the eyes. Each wipe utilizes unique embossed technology to ensure a silky soft texture while maintaining strength for effective cleaning.

Ingredients
Water, Polysorbate 20, Disodium Phosphate, Lauryl Glucoside, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Phosphate, PVP, Disodium EDTA, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Caprylic/Capric Glycerides, Glycerin.
Directions for Use
- Use a separate sterilized wipe for each eye and a clean wipe for each application.
- Tear open the sachet and unfold the Little Eyes wipe.
- Wipe from the inner corner of the eye (next to the nose) towards the outer corner.
- Utilize a clean area of the wipe to avoid rubbing any drainage back across the eye.
- Carefully cleanse between the lashes and on the sides of the eyelid; do not wipe along the inner eyelid.
- After use, dispose of the wipe in a suitable container and wash your hands.
- For a warm compress, place the sachet in a cup of warm water for a few minutes.
- For a cold compress, place the sachet in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Do not use if the sachet is open, damaged, or marked.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
