Directions for Use
Feeding Guide
For toddlers aged 2-4 years:
- Number of feeds per day: 3
- Cooled boiled water: 120mL
- Number of scoops: 4
For toddlers aged 4-6 years:
- Number of feeds per day: 3
- Cooled boiled water: 150mL
- Number of scoops: 5
Note: 1 level scoop = 7g of powder. Use 1 level scoop for every 30mL of water. Dosages may vary; consult a healthcare professional regarding your child’s nutritional needs.
How to Prepare
- Wash your hands and all feeding equipment before use.
- Refer to the Serving Guide.
- Fill the scoop with powder and level it off using the built-in leveller. Do not compact the powder.
- Add 1 level scoop of powder for each 30mL of water.
- Mix thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved. Serve immediately and discard any unfinished serving.
- Prepare each bottle separately and freshly.
Storage & Warnings
- Store in a cool, dry place and avoid extreme temperatures.
- After opening, keep the container airtight and use within one month.
- Check the use-by date printed on the bottom of the container.
- Product is packed by weight, not volume; some settling of powder may occur during transportation.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
