Usage instructions

Unwrap it - Peel off the wrapper and backing paper. Stick it - Place the sticky side down in the centre of your undies. Wrap it - Fold the wings around the sides to keep it secure. Change it - Swap it out every 4-6 hours (or sooner if needed). Bin it - Roll it up in the wrapper and pop it in the bin (not the toilet!).
