Usage instructions

Stick it, wear it, and forget it (until it's time to change!). Simply peel off the backing and press the pad sticky-side down onto your underwear. Change every 4–6 hours based on your flow. Once used, wrap it up and dispose of it in the bin - never flush! Designed to move with you, keeping you confident, comfortable, and protected all day long.
