General Information
Lemsip Max Decongestant Cold & Flu Hot Drink Lemon provides temporary relief from symptoms associated with colds and flu, including body aches and pains, sore throat, headache, and nasal congestion. It also helps reduce fever.
This product is suitable for adults and children over 12 years old. Please avoid using Lemsip products in combination with Nurofen Cold & Flu, and do not use more than one Lemsip product at a time.
Each box contains 10 sachets, with a shelf life of 730 days.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients:
- Paracetamol 1000mg
- Phenylephrine hydrochloride 12.2mg
This product contains total sugars (2.2g), including sucrose and lactose, as well as aspartame and saccharin. It also contains 129mg (5.6mmol) of sodium, which should be considered by those on a low sodium diet.
Directions for Use
- Adhere to the recommended dosage.
- Pour the contents of one sachet into a mug and fill with hot water (not boiling).
- Stir until dissolved. If desired, sweeten to taste with sugar, honey, or your preferred sweetener.
Dosage:
- For adults and children over 12 years old: 1 sachet.
- This dosage may be repeated every 4-6 hours as necessary, with a maximum of 4 sachets in 24 hours.
Ensure the sachet is safety sealed; do not use if torn or damaged.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 25 degrees Celsius.
Do not:
- Use in children under 12 years old.
- Take more than one sachet per dose.
- Use with other products containing paracetamol without medical advice.
Unless advised by a doctor:
- Adults should not use for more than a few days at a time.
- Do not give this medicine to children over 12 years and adolescents for more than 48 hours.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine if:
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have high blood pressure or heart problems.
- You are taking anti-depressant medication.
- You are using other medicines for common cold symptoms.
- You have liver or kidney problems, unless advised by a doctor.
Important notes:
- This product may cause sleeplessness.
- If an overdose is suspected, contact the Poisons Information Centre (Australia 131126, New Zealand 0800 764 766) or seek immediate medical attention, even if feeling well.
- Phenylketonurics should note that this product contains aspartame.
- Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
