Lemsip Max Cold and Flu Hot Drink Lemon provides temporary relief from cold and flu symptoms, including headache, sore throat, fever, and body aches.

How to prepare: Pour the contents of the sachet into a mug and fill with hot water (not boiling). Stir until fully dissolved. Sweeten with sugar, honey, or your preferred sweetener if desired.

Recommended dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: 1 sachet. Do not exceed 1 sachet per dose. Dosage may be repeated every 4-6 hours as needed, with a maximum of 4 sachets in 24 hours. Not suitable for children under 12 years.

Paracetamol 1000 mg, Aspartame, Saccharin, 129 mg (5.6 mmol) of sodium (to be considered for those on a low sodium diet).

Warnings

• Combine with other products containing paracetamol unless advised by a doctor.
