Directions for Use
1. Plug in the Lady Jayne® VELOCITY™ Ionic Hairdryer and select your desired power setting. The LED ring light will illuminate to indicate the temperature setting.
2. Choose your temperature using the control button, with options including a constant cool setting.
3. The LED ring light will change colors with the temperature setting you select.
4. Customize your drying experience with two power speed settings based on your hair's thickness and desired drying speed.
5. Attach the magnetic concentrator nozzle to focus airflow for precise styling.
6. Always unplug the hairdryer after use and store it in a cool, dry place.
7. Refer to the temperature control indicator:
- Solid Blue Light - Continuous Cold
- Solid Amber Light - Medium Heat
- Solid Red Light - High Heat
- Multi-Colour Light - Circulating Cold & Hot Air
Storage & Warnings
CAUTION: Keep the appliance out of reach of children, especially during use and while cooling down. Always place the appliance on a heat-resistant flat surface. Avoid using it near water sources such as bathtubs and sinks. Ensure the appliance is dry before use. If the device falls into water, unplug it immediately and do not reach into the water.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
