Ingredients
- KP24 Rapid 150mL: Contains Cyclomethicone, Isopropyl Myristate, Dimethicone, Eucalyptus Oil, Tea Tree Oil, BHT.
- KP24 Rapid Combing Solution: Contains Water, Isopropyl Myristate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Mineral Oil, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil.
- KP24 Rapid Head Lice Defence Spray: Contains Water, Alcohol, Heliotropine, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Cinnamomum Cassia Leaf Oil, BHT.
Directions for Use
For optimal results, apply the KP24 Rapid treatment to dry hair. Massage thoroughly and leave on for 10 minutes. Follow up with the KP24 Rapid Combing Solution to assist in removing lice and their eggs. Wash the hair afterward. For best results, repeat the treatment after 7 and 14 days if necessary. To prevent reinfestation, use the KP24 Head Lice Defence Spray daily, especially during outbreaks.
Storage & Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, and other sensitive areas. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water. Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant. Keep hair away from open flames or heat sources, and do not smoke while using this product. It is not recommended for children under 2 years of age. Use caution when applying, as it may make surfaces slippery. Protect clothing and upholstery with a towel, as the product may cause stains.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
