Directions for Use
Shake the bottle well before applying the solution to dry hair, ensuring that it is thoroughly wet, including the back of the neck and behind the ears. Massage the solution into the scalp, avoiding contact with eyes and ears. For best results, leave the solution on for 10 minutes.
Remove tangles with a regular comb before using the enclosed metal lice comb. Section the hair into one-inch parts, combing at a 45-degree angle close to the scalp. Wipe the lice and nits from the comb with a tissue after each pass. Continue until the entire head is treated. Finally, wash the hair using a regular non-conditioning shampoo, repeating as necessary.
Storage & Warnings
Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, and other sensitive areas. If the product gets into the eyes, flush immediately with clean water. Not recommended for pregnant women or children under 2 years old. Keep away from flames or heat sources, and do not smoke during use. Protect surfaces and fabrics from potential stains.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
