Usage instructions

Take one soft gel sheet, remove the transparent film, and place it on your forehead or back of the neck.

- Cut the KOOL 'n' SOOTHE gel sheet to a suitable size with scissors if necessary.

- It does not stick to hair, eyebrows, or wet skin.

- Single use only, for hygiene and effectiveness.

- Re-application will cause the gel sheet to become less adhesive.
