Ingredients

Dried glucose syrup, vegetable oils (contains soy, emulsifier (soy lecithin)), soy protein isolate, antioxidant (citric acid), L-methionine, choline chloride, taurine, inositol, L-carnitine. Minerals: Calcium, potassium, phosphorous, chloride, sodium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, iodine, selenium. Vitamins: Vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, D3, E, K1), folic acid, biotin. If stored and prepared as directed, no additional vitamin or mineral supplements are necessary. Karicare Soy Protein Formula is based on soy proteins.

Preparation instructions

1. Wash hands before preparing the feed. Clean and then sterilise all utensils by boiling for 5 minutes or using an approved steriliser. 2. Boil safe drinking water and allow to cool to feeding temperature. CONSULT FEEDING GUIDE. Measure the required volume of water into a sterilised feeding bottle. 3. Use only the enclosed scoop. Fill the scoop lightly and level off using the built-in leveller. Avoid compacting the powder. 4. Always add one level scoop of powder for each 50mL of water. Cap the bottle and shake briskly to dissolve the powder. 5. Test temperature on wrist before feeding. Feed immediately (do not store). Discard unfinished feeds. Prepare each bottle separately. For all brands of formula, it is safer to use immediately after they are prepared.

Feeding Guide - Age: Birth to 2 weeks, Cooled boiled: 50mL, Level scoops of powder*: 1, Number of feeds per day: up to 10. Age: 2-4 weeks, Cooled boiled: 100mL, Level scoops of powder*: 2, Number of feeds per day: 6-7. Age: 1-2 months, Cooled boiled: 150mL, Level scoops of powder*: 3, Number of feeds per day: 5-6. Age: 3-4 months, Cooled boiled: 150mL, Level scoops of powder*: 3, Number of feeds per day: 5-6. Age: 5-6 months, Cooled boiled: 200mL, Level scoops of powder*: 4, Number of feeds per day: 4-5. Age: 7-12 months, Cooled boiled: 200mL, Level scoops of powder*: 4, Number of feeds per day: 3-4. *1 Scoop = 7.1g of powder. NOTE: 1 Scoop of powder added to 50mL of water yields approximately 55mL of formula. This feeding guide is a general guide ONLY; your child may need more or less than shown.

Storage instructions

Store in a cool dry place. Use by the date on the container bottom. After opening, keep container airtight and use contents within four weeks. Some settling of the powder may occur.

Warnings

Breast milk is best for babies. Before using this product, consult your doctor or health care worker for advice. Follow instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed. Do not change proportions of powder except on medical advice. Incorrect preparation can make your baby very ill. Infants over 6 months should be offered foods in addition to formula. Dental Hygiene: Putting your baby to bed with a bottle can cause tooth decay. Do not use if the foil seal is damaged or missing.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
