Active Ingredients (in each lozenge): Zinc gluconate 80 mg Equivalent to 10 mg, Sodium ascorabte (Vitamin C) 75 mg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 25 mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 100 IU) 2.5 mcg, Echinacea angustifolia (Echinacea) extract concentration ratio 5:1 8 mg, equivalent to 40 mg of dry root, Astragalus membranaceus (Astragalus) extract concentration ratio 8:1 1 mg, equivalent to 8 mg of dry root, Matricaria recutita (Chamomile) extract concentration ratio 4:1 1 mg, equivalent to 4 mg of dry flower, Mentha x piperita (Peppermint) leaf powder 1 mg, Zingiber officinale (Ginger) extract concentration ratio 6:1 1 mg, equivalent to 6 mg of dry rhizome.
Excipients: Glucose monohydrate (dextrin), citric acid, microcrystalline cellulose, natural wild cherry flavour, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, sucralose.

Directions/Dosage
Directions for use Adults: Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth, after a meal. Take at the first sign of a cold, flu or a dry or sore throat, to a maximum of 5 lozenges daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or dietary supplements. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 months.WARNING: Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Contains: glucose monohydrate and sucralose.
