General Information
Infacol is specifically designed to alleviate wind, infant colic, and gripping pain. The discomfort related to colic can arise from the accumulation of small gas bubbles trapped in your baby's tummy. The active ingredient in Infacol aids in combining these small gas bubbles into larger ones, making it easier for your baby to expel them as wind, thus providing relief.
This product can be used from birth onwards. Infacol has a pleasant orange flavor and is free from sugar, alcohol, and colorants. Each bottle contains up to 170 doses, and for optimal results, it should be administered at every feed for several days, as it has a cumulative effect.

Ingredients
Active Ingredient: Simeticone 40mg per 1ml oral suspension.
Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Hypromellose, Orange Flavor, Saccharin Sodium, Methyl Hydroxybenzoate (E218), and Propyl Hydroxybenzoate (E216).
Allergen Information: Free from sugar.
Directions for Use
Before use, shake the bottle well. To draw up one dropper full, squeeze the rubber bulb twice and wipe any excess back into the bottle. To administer, squeeze the bulb and release Infacol onto the back of the baby's tongue. Lift the tab to break the seal. Please read the enclosed instructions for use before administering. If symptoms do not improve, seek medical advice. Once opened, use within 28 days.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 25°C. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
