Hydralyte Electrolyte Ice Blocks in Watermelon flavor help alleviate symptoms of dehydration and replenish fluids and electrolytes lost from vomiting, diarrhea, excessive sweating, intense exercise, and occasional hangovers.

Dehydration may occur due to:

Ingredients

Active Ingredients (per 62.5mL Ice Block):

• Glucose monohydrate 1g
• Citric acid monohydrate 300mg
• Sodium from Sodium chloride 61.5mg
• Potassium from Potassium Citrate 50mg

Usage instructions

1. Place Hydralyte Ice Blocks in the freezer.
2. When frozen, cut open one end with clean scissors.
3. Push the frozen Hydralyte Ice Block from the uncut end.
4. Suck small amounts until consumed. Hydralyte Ice Blocks can be consumed unfrozen, but Hydralyte Ready to Use Solution is more convenient as a drink.

Recommended dosage:

• Under 12 months: 1 x Ice block every 60 mins (Max: 16 per day)
• 1-3 years: 1 x Ice block every 60 mins (Max: 24 per day)
• 3-6 years: 1 x Ice block every 60 mins (Max: 32 per day)
• 6-12 years: 2 x Ice block every 60 mins (Max: 43 per day)
• 12 years - Adult: 3 x Ice block every 60 mins (Max: 64 per day)

For dehydration due to other causes: Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or showing signs of dehydration. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage.

Storage instructions

Store below 30°C.

Warnings

Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhea persists for more than:

• 6 hours in infants under 6 months
• 12 hours in children under 3 years
• 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years
• 48 hours in children over 6 years & adults
