Hydralyte Electrolyte Ice Blocks in Strawberry Kiwi flavor provide relief from dehydration and assist in replenishing water and electrolytes lost from vomiting, diarrhea, heavy sweating, strenuous exercise, and occasional hangovers.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients (per 62.5mL Ice Block):

• Glucose monohydrate 1g
• Citric acid monohydrate 300mg
• Sodium from Sodium chloride 61.5mg
• Potassium from Potassium Citrate 50mg

Usage instructions

1. Place Hydralyte Ice Blocks in the freezer.

2. When frozen, cut open one end with clean scissors.

3. Push the frozen Hydralyte Ice Block from the uncut end.

4. Suck small amounts until consumed. Hydralyte Ice Blocks can be consumed unfrozen, although Hydralyte Ready to Use Solution is more convenient to drink.

Recommended dosage:

• Under 12 months: 1 Ice block every 60 mins, max 16 Ice Blocks per day
• 1-3 years: 1 Ice block every 60 mins, max 24 Ice Blocks per day
• 3-6 years: 1 Ice block every 60 mins, max 32 Ice Blocks per day
• 6-12 years: 2 Ice blocks every 60 mins, max 43 Ice Blocks per day
• 12 years & Adults: 3 Ice blocks every 60 mins, max 64 Ice Blocks per day

For dehydration due to other causes: Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or showing signs of dehydration. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage. Store below 30°C.

Warnings

Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhea persists for more than:

• 6 hours in infants under 6 months
• 12 hours in children under 3 years
• 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years
• 48 hours in children over 6 years & adults

Contains 77mg of sodium per 62.5mL Ice Block.

Quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 4.9g.
