Hydralyte Electrolyte Ice Blocks Colourfree Lemonade Flavoured help alleviate dehydration symptoms and assist in replenishing fluids and electrolytes lost from vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, intense exercise, and occasional hangovers.

Dehydration can result from:

• Vomiting & diarrhoea
• Heat
• Travel
• Intense exercise
• Heavy sweating
• Occasional hangovers
• Heat & excessive exercise at work

Signs of mild dehydration include sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, lethargy, decreased urine output, and dark yellow urine.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients (per 62.5mL Ice Block):

• Glucose monohydrate 1g
• Citric acid monohydrate 300mg
• Sodium from Sodium chloride 61.5mg
• Potassium from Potassium Citrate 50mg

Usage instructions

1. Place Hydralyte Ice Blocks in the freezer.
2. When frozen, cut open one end with clean scissors.
3. Push the frozen Hydralyte Ice Block from the uncut end.
4. Suck small amounts until consumed. Hydralyte Ice Blocks may be consumed unfrozen; however, Hydralyte Ready to Use Solution is more convenient as a drink.

Recommended dosages:

• Under 12 months: 1 x Ice block every 60 mins, Max. Ice Blocks per day: 16
• 1-3 years: 1 x Ice block every 60 mins, Max. Ice Blocks per day: 24
• 3-6 years: 1 x Ice block every 60 mins, Max. Ice Blocks per day: 32
• 6-12 years: 2 x Ice block every 60 mins, Max. Ice Blocks per day: 43
• 12 years & Adult: 3 x Ice block every 60 mins, Max. Ice Blocks per day: 64

For dehydration due to other causes: Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or showing signs of dehydration. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage. Store below 30°C.

Warnings

Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than:

• 6 hours in infants under 6 months
• 12 hours in children under 3 years
• 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years
• 48 hours in children over 6 years & adults

Contains 54mg of potassium per 62.5mL Ice Block and 77mg of sodium per 62.5mL Ice Block. The quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 4.9g. Contains: Sugars, sucralose, Sodium benzoate, Potassium sorbate. Use as directed. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.
