Dehydration can occur due to various factors including vomiting, diarrhoea, heat exposure, travel, vigorous exercise, heavy sweating, occasional hangovers, and excessive exercise at work. Symptoms of mild to moderate dehydration include increased thirst, dry mouth, lethargy, decreased urine output, and dark yellow urine.
This product offers an optimal balance of glucose and electrolytes for quick rehydration.

Ingredients
Active ingredients (per 4.9g sachet, 200ml): Glucose 2.9g, Citric Acid 873mg, Sodium from Sodium chloride 205mg, Potassium from Potassium citrate 159mg.
Usage instructions
Directions for Use:
- Fill a cup with 200 mL of fresh, cold drinking water. For babies under 6 months, use freshly boiled and cooled water.
- Empty the contents of one sachet into the 200 mL cup of water and stir until the Hydralyte powder is completely dissolved.
- Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
- Discard any unused solution after 2 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated.
- Do not mix Hydralyte with cordial, fruit juice, soft drinks, or sports drinks.
Storage instructions
Store below 30°C.
Warnings
Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than the following durations:
- 6 hours in infants under 6 months
- 12 hours in children under 3 years
- 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years
- 48 hours in children over 6 years and adults
Contains 205 mg of sodium per 200 mL dose, with a maximum daily sodium dose of 4.1 g. Contains 159 mg of potassium per 200 mL dose. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist, consult a health professional. Contains sugars, sucralose, and sulfites.
