Directions for Use
- Prepare the Nappy: Lay the nappy flat with the tabs at the back and the inner lining facing up.
- Position the Baby: Gently place the baby on the nappy so the back edge aligns with their waist.
- Bring the Front Up: Pull the front of the nappy up between the baby's legs to cover their tummy.
- Secure the Tabs: Pull each tab around from the back and fasten them to the front, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit.
- Check the Fit: Ensure the nappy is secure around the waist and legs, and pull the leg cuffs outwards to prevent leaks.
- Use the Wetness Indicator: Check the wetness indicator line on the front of the nappy to see if it has changed color, indicating it is wet.
- Dispose Properly: After use, unfasten the tabs, roll up the nappy, secure it with the tabs, and dispose of it in a bin.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
