Directions for Use
- Preparation: Verify you have the correct size, open the pack, and remove one swim pant.
- Putting On: Have your child step into the swim pant like regular underwear. Use the adjustable sides for a snug fit around the waist.
- During Use: Specifically designed for water play, these pants won't swell like regular nappies and allow for comfortable movement in pools, beaches, or splash parks. The easy-open sides make changes quick and hassle-free.
- Removal & Disposal: Tear open the sides to remove the used swim pant and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
Storage & Warnings
Storage: Keep unused nappies in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Warnings: To prevent choking, do not allow children to tear the pants. Discard any torn or unsealed pants. Swimpants can burn if exposed to flames; keep children away from any source of flame. To avoid suffocation, keep plastic bags away from children. To prevent the transmission of diseases, ensure children do not enter the water if they are ill or experiencing diarrhea. Swimpants are not designed to prevent disease transmission.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
