Directions for Use

For optimal results, follow these instructions:

  • Ensure teeth are thoroughly dry before use.
  • Peel off the long strip and apply the sticky side to the top teeth.
  • Press the strip down firmly and fold it over the back of the teeth to secure it in place.
  • Repeat the process for the short strip on the bottom teeth.
  • After 30 minutes, remove the strips and brush off any excess residue with a toothbrush, then rinse your mouth.
