The lozenges are part of a program designed to support your desire to quit smoking. This program is divided into 3 steps, which should be followed as per the schedule below:

• Step 1: Week 1 to 6 - 1 lozenge every 1 to 2 hours
• Step 2: Week 7 to 9 - 1 lozenge every 2 to 4 hours
• Step 3: Week 10 to 12 - 1 lozenge every 4 to 8 hours

To help you remain smoke-free over the next 12 weeks, take 1 lozenge when you feel a strong urge to smoke. Place one lozenge in your mouth and allow it to dissolve completely for best results. Periodically move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other. Do not chew, suck, or swallow the lozenge whole. Using the lozenges at regular intervals provides your body with the nicotine it needs to help you quit smoking. Do not use more than one lozenge at a time, and do not surpass 15 lozenges per day. For optimal results, take a lozenge when you are tempted to smoke.
