Preparation instructions
Simply squeeze into a bowl or onto a spoon and serve. To serve warm, place pouch in bowl of hot water until warm. Prior to serving, shake gently to evenly distribute heat. AFTER HEATING, ALWAYS TEST TEMPERATURE BEFORE SERVING TO BABY. Any uneaten or remaining heated baby food must be disposed of after feeding. Heinz does not recommend feeding directly from the pouch.

Storage instructions
Once opened, store in the fridge below 4C and enjoy within 48 hours.

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A TOY. DO NOT LET CHILDREN PLAY WITH THE CAP. YOUNG CHILDREN MUST ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED AND SITTING IN AN UPRIGHT POSITION WHEN EATING. If pouch is damaged or looks unusually inflated, do not feed product to your baby.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
