Usage instructions

Apply generously to all exposed areas — about 7 teaspoons (35ml) per average-sized adult. Wait 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours or more frequently when sweating, and immediately after swimming or towel drying. Wear a hat, long-sleeved shirt, and sunglasses. Stay cool and seek shade, especially between 10am and 3pm.

Store below 30 degrees Celsius.
